For students to business people and for kids to seniors, we offer technology for all ages and interests to explore and learn. Tech takeout is a collection of technology devices you can borrow with your IPPL card. The devices range from laptops to a virtual reality headset and from everyday use devices to trending and emerging technologies.
Device Spotlight: Amazon Echo
From turning on your lights to controlling household devices from your smartphone, the Amazon Echo smart speaker assistant can be a time and money saver. It can also play music, set alarms, and timers, answer questions, and more—all via voice. Try it out as part of one of our smart home kits, which comes with a smart plug, and LED smart bulb.
