Tech Help


Reserve a 30-minute session to get help with your computer or smartphone. We can assist with email, using the internet, downloading apps, text messaging, and using the camera.

Book the right session for you: in-person or Zoom. Sessions are available Monday 2-3 p.m., Tuesday 5:30-6:30 p.m., and Wednesday 2-3 p.m. Additional Zoom sessions may be available depending on staff availability. Call the Technology Desk at 630/887-0829 to book an appointment. Sessions are limited to IPPL cardholders. In-person sessions take place with plexiglass dividers. Masks are required.

We are offering some classes live using Zoom, a free online video meeting software. New to Zoom, learn how to join a Zoom class/program by watching this step by step tutorial.
